fantastic hotel experience
helpful staff spacious room convenient location
i stayed six nights and found the staff to be helpful and kind. our club room felt spacious, a great surprise for a european hotel. i appreciated that the room was cleaned to a high standard each day. the hotel's location allowed us to easily walk to many restaurants and shops.
the centrally controlled air conditioning did not meet my needs, so i had to sleep with the window open. the website indicated individual control, but this was inaccurate .

central air conditioning inaccurate website
The breakfast was fresh every morning. The service i received was excellent (I liked it!).
The website indicated air conditioning was individually controlled in each room, but that was inaccurate. It was centrally controlled and set too warm for my liking. I prefer a cold room, especially for sleeping, so this made it difficult.

clean room comfortable room helpful staff central air conditioning missing refrigerator open window
the room was nice and neat. the staff (especially at reception) was helpful. the location was convenient, close to many metro lines.
the air conditioning was centrally controlled. i prefer a cooler room and i had to open the window. there was no refrigerator in the room, which would have been useful.
